30A - final Reflection

The most formative experiences I had were the assignments where I had to interview people. Whether it would be friends, family or random strangers at plaza. The experience that I will remember is Pryor roasting me/ constructive critics in front to the whole class. My most joyous experience was my first elevator pitch. It was fun do perform and talk about my idea since I am not a business major. I was proud of when I listened to what my friends and family had t say about me and the way I changed the bad things since then.
At the beginning of the semester I did not think as critically as I do now. I notice more finer details and I plan way more. Especially for this class I work ahead so that 12:00 pm deadline does not put me in a bad situation. I think this has put me in the entrepreneurial mindset even though, I will be joining the navy.
I would recommend students to keep and open mind, while it may seem like busy work, it is great to see your idea unfold right before your eyes. Always work ahead. The due date is at 11:59 AM not PM so you cannot do it last minute unless you wake up very early. I would say to them keep your head high and work hard, while it is not a crazy hard course it will be challenging to get it done.

29A- venture Concept 2.0

Image result for change is good
Venture Concept 2.0

The opportunity here are mainly freshman females. They are from out of state, and their families are wealthy or in the upper middle class. Also included in this demographic are other girls and boys that are from upper middle class or wealthy families. There are two natures of the need, one is the nature of laziness and not wanting to do things themselves, and the second is they cannot do the need themselves. Either they weren’t taught it, or it was done for them their whole lives. The changes that caused this demographic is the stipulation for richer people to leave their home states and “get away” to other prestigious colleges like UF. This market is mainly in the Gainesville area, or any college campus with this demographic. Currently they do things themselves, have friends do it, or use delivery services for like uber, or EZlaundry. Currently they are not loyal and would love to find new companies or products that can do more for them. This opportunity is big with thousands of out of state and or rich students coming to UF. This window will be open as long as someone else is paying their bills.
My innovation is College Concierge. It is an all-encompassing service for college students and other locals to find quick jobs to do or get quick jobs done for them. It works by using the college concierge app or website. Essentially a customer will put in a request either to an individual or to the workers in a total together. Let’s say that someone needs their laundry done. They will submit a request “Laundry, full load of whites, one full load of colors, folded”. This will be sent to every worker in the area and the first one to except it will negotiate a price with the customer and get the job done, or deny the request, Lets say this customer loves the job that an individual college concierge does on their laundry, they can specifically ask only them to do it, without interference from other employees of concierge. The way I and the customers make money is an 80/20 split. When they negotiate or have a set price for a service, they will keep 80% and I will be given 20%. The justification is am giving them an easy forum and way of ordering and contact between worker and customer.
The opportunity I identified is solved because this demographic of people are needy and do not and or cannot do services themselves. Customers will buy it because they are lazy or do not know how to unclog the toilet, do laundry, make dinner, etc. In reality the only difficulty I see is people trusting my employees to maybe come to their house. However, to counteract this everyone must go through background check and some type of interview with me, or as the company expands regional managers and other management types. The only competitors are delivery services, but these cover such a small niche when my company covers many making it smarter to us College Concierge than others. While I don’t have packaging an aesthetic logo, and an easy to navigate and good looking app/website is very important, and customer support will be handled with the management, specific worker, and the customer if there are any issues. As said before the more it expands the more management types will have to be hired on a hourly, or salary basis as they will not have time themselves to go out and do the jobs.
The most important resource I have are my mentors and original people who help build up, and support College concierge and myself. As of right now there is no where this company to go as this product can expand indefinitely and people will always need random, or consistent services done. As of right now there are a few things we can do for College Concierge we can do. First, we will be adding reviews and rating to all the concierge workers. Also, there will be an area with previous jobs and who has done them so you will know who has more experience as well as easier to find jobs quickly. Many of these changes will come with the development of the website/ app so that it is a more ergonomic website. If College Concierge becomes successful, I would love to be a mentor, and investor for other entrepreneurs who need help starting up their businesses.

Based on the feedback I did not receive any negative feedback but I received feedback on my ideas from whats next module. The strike through shows what i originally had and the highlight is the new version. I had feedback about my use of reviews as well as the option to select previous jobs.

27A- reading reflection no.3

Makers: The New Industrial Revolution, Chris Anderson
The general them of the book is about how there is a new industrial revolution. This is the age of digital manufacturing and everything else that goes along with it. We design on computers, build with atoms, and have machines doing the work, Capital for manufacturing has shifted and it now about the personal mind and not necessarily about the corporate world.
This book connected with ENT3003 because its about new thinking. thus class is about finding new ways to solve problems and to get your idea out there. In Makers, Anderson describes how we can do anything we set our mind too because of the new abilities we have, like crowd sourcing.
an class assignment would be to see how much potential money we could raise for our entrepreneurship ideas. We would do a fake crowd sourcing of 5 people. We would see the potential of the money we could raise from these 5 people. depending on the amount "given" it would be the possible success of the concept.
I learned that in reality i can become part of this group. I can learn to design my self and build my self. If it came to it i can raise money myself without investors by having hundreds to thousands of people donate for my venture concept.

26A- Celebrating failure

1. Here at UF I am in the Navy ROTC program as i have mention before. at the end of the semester you have to take a fitness test that assesses your ability to be fit enough for the navy. This is called the Physical Readiness Test(PRT). In this test you segment is the 1.5 mile run. In order to pass you need to run it in or under 11:30. While i always pass I have issues of making it past a threshold. Depending on your score, you get ranked among your class mates, the faster you run, the higher you rank. My best speed is 11:05. for the whole semester i have been trying to improve my time to 10:30 but I have failed every single time. The beginning of the semester i was running it in 11:29. At the end i ran it in 11:05. Although I practice my running i have failed every time to make it past 10:30, I have always been a slow guy but that is not an excuse.
2. I learned that training is everything, that I need to just train harder and harder and I will get it. More effort is needed.
3. I do not think this class changed my view. I have always been a oh well, type of person. I have always taken risks in school, girls, and even navy. While this class is great to learn about risks, it has not changed my perspective.

25A- Whats next

What is next for College Concierge is a revamping our locations. Instead of just being in the Gainesville area, to other big college towns or cities. To do this I will have to hire, regional managers or some other management figures to run said city. Also, if it gets bigger then each of those regional managers will have branch managers and so on.
I talked to a couple of freshman girls, out of state girls and other wealthy students. I asked them is there other services or idea they think that College Concierge can come up with? After some explanations the best thing I was told was to include categories of each service. Instead of having to type out a request, someone has already done, you can select previous ones. Mainly ideas about how to make my app and website better. Also, to include ratings and reviews on worker profiles.
My path for the future currently involves expanding the company and bettering the app. Our expansion into different cities and college town is dependent on how successful we are here. If we are successful and word gets around, then the process can be sent to another area. The great thing is that there is no physical store it is just the manager, employees and customers. If it fails, then there is no real collateral damage.
Our app and website can be improved by making easier categories and drop-down menus. Everything that is more intuitive and simple makes users happier to use it, and more encouraged to. I hate craigslist because it is so ugly, But eBay looks great.
Since my target market is more on the wealthy side, I decided to go on the poorer side like suggested. This market would be instate students male or female of all ages.
I think for people in my new market they are no incompetent. They are hardworking and the previous service of being to lazy or not being able to do the service doesn’t apply. This would be more of an assistance-based service. They are going to be at work all day and they need their laundry done. Or someone to fix the sprinkler when they cannot. This the value College Concierge can bring.
I interviewed two of my friends who have no help financially from home and work full time at restaurants while also going to school. When I asked what I could do for them they did not see anything at first. When I explained that it’s a price negotiations service however, they said they would possible employ them for simple things like laundry and painting that they cannot do themselves. The catch is that it needs to be cheap for them or else they would never use my service. However, when I asked them if they use uber or food delivery they laughed.
I had no real surprises. I assumed people with financial struggles would not want to use my service. People like this are already independent. They do not need to spend money on things they can do themselves for free. My dad always made me do all the maintenance work around the house or we would do it together. He said why pay for it when we can do it ourselves.
This new market is not attractive as the current market. In my current market there is just enough money to go around. My current market doesn’t really spend their own money, Its “daddy’s” money. While this is sad, it is still the group that I target in order to have College Concierge make money.

23A – Your Venture’s Unfair Advantage

1. I have the demographic that would most likely use this product: freshmen girls from out of state

Other people do not have the access to this demographic for a service like mine, the only thing close enough to is are food delivery services

2. I have someone ready to make the app.

My friend Zack is very good at app building and said he would be on board for either a small fee or for stake in the company. however i could always hire someone else to create it.

3. I have my Social capital.

The people from my social capital post are irreplaceable and are people o look to as mentors.

4. I already have three workers ready including my self for the launch of my app

Many other companies do not know who will be working even before hand, I have this advantage. Some other companies are family run so they have workers as well as loyal people.

5.  While i would hate to spend all the money i have saved in my life so far i could take enough out to start the business.

My business is relatively cheap and the employees figure out the price for you. I may have more money and a cheaper company than others

6.  My company is ever adapting and constantly expanding.

You can create a new employee for anything as long as there is a demand, also my employees can do multiple jobs. When that demand leaves so will my employees if they are only good at one thing.

7. Customers get to choose what we "serve".

No other company does this, customers ask what they need and we respond with a service. Sometimes however people do not know what they need.

8. I am an electronics based business.

Nothings needs to be done in person except the actual job. Some people may feel like this is impersonal.

9. My employees and customers decide how much they are paying and how much they are receiving.

This makes me almost impenetrable to strikes and issues with both customers and employees, unless there is a demand for the payment percentage to change.

10.  people get to work on their own time.

This is great and makes people happy, but people are inherently lazy and may not work making my profits decrease.

I believe the people in my social capital are the most valuable source because they will help me even if I fail and will be mentors and motivators if i choose to start this business.

22A – Elevator Pitch No. 3

Feedback
After being completely  "constructively criticized" by Pryor I got a lot of feedback. essentially he told me that my whole pitch was wrong. This included my pronunciation, hook, and who I should be marketing to. Why I thought that everything he said was silly and he did not explain that he would be presenting these in front of the whole class and criticizing them I changed everything about my presentation taking all of his advice because he is the professor and I need a good grade.

Change
I changed everything. I rewrote my pitch. Instead of directing it at customers, I made it towards possible employees interested in this type of work. first off I made sure to pronounce concierge correctly. I changed the hook so that it caught the attention of some looking to make money on the side. I also included how the pricing would work for someone using the college concierge app.

21A – Reading Reflection No. 2

How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big, Scott Adams

The general them of the book was that things will not always go your way. You need to adapt and overcome in order to be successful and it may take seem time. Changing how you think and how you work will be the best and do not stress about things you cannot control.

Hit connected me to ENT3003 because it showed me that not every entrepreneurship story is perfect. There is always failure and one it takes time to get your perfect idea to work. As an entrepreneur Adams failed many times and he did not make it big until Dilbert when he was well into his life. Like we learn in the class, you have to revise and keep on trying.

An assignment I would create is a goals to systems activity. Where the student takes three goals of theirs and converts them to systems. Like he explains goals will most likely be disappointing, but systems give you room to be successful.

My aha moment was how he changed the idea that making yourself uncomfortable is the best way to learn and expand. Rather he explains that fund yourself a comfortable place to be in order to become comfortable and take risks.

20A – Growing Your Social Capital

1. Spencer Trujillo. He is a BiteSquad driver. He would be my domain expert. He sees and interacts with the same type of people who would be calling me for help from college concierge. These delivery and driver services are the closest things to my idea of College Concierge. He is my pledge brother so I just asked him(theoretically) if he would be on board to help me get the business off its feet when I have to do it my self, he will be there for me as long as he gets paid a bit.

2. My expert on my market will go unnamed. The reason they are an expert and will go unnamed is because they have a created a "water pipe" cleaning service. While I do not do these things myself, I consider them to be experts because people call them, to come clean. This seems like a very simple thing, however, they still have customers. I contacted them by meeting in person as I met them freshman year. (Theoretically) we agreed that I would include their service into College Concierge and they would be the sole providers of this service in the app.

3. The last person I called was Shiela Woldenberg. My old boss. Since I needed help Hiring competent people, I asked how she knows who to hire. For example, who is trustworthy, hardworking, etc. I just gave her a call. I said to her that (theoretically) if i had to ask for help in starting my company, I would have to find someone to replace me for next summer at the day camp.

I feel that since I am more mature than I was in the past it was not hard to talk to these people. It felt like talking to a friend, almost like flirting a bit. Overall, while I think my career path will be with the Navy, this is always a back up.

19A – Idea Napkin No. 2

1) I am Jonathan (Jonny) Berger. I believe that I have a strong inclination of management. While trying to continuously get my leaderships skills higher I can manage a group and people and can get them to get things done while also being passionate about it. I have worked at a sleep away camp for two whole summers, at a day camp one whole summers, and I ran my own petting sitting business for two years as well. I can handle pressure as well people. If I can handle crazy pets and young children, I can handle employees and customers. My aspirations for the company are to make as many things possible convenient for my customers as well as help my employees. I foresee that the company will play a big role in my life as I will have to do the jobs and the inner workings of the company myself at the beginning.
2. I am offering essentially a wide variety of labor and services to locals in my area, and if there is expansion, surrounding areas as well. I am giving services at a lower cost than the professional counterparts, but my services will still be at the same level. the examples I use are movers, but they may be just college students trying to earn some money and they can pick that job up. other examples are picking up groceries and fixing minor jobs in a house or apartment.
3. The demographic of people will most likely be upper middle class to rich students and locals. Most people who cannot afford to get someone to do something, learn it and do it themselves. They will be lazy, very busy, incompetent, or just some people needing an extra hand, who need things done for them when they do not or cannot do the services themselves. However, all my customers need services done for them and are willing to pay.
4. Customers will pay money because they do not or cannot do these services themselves. they are paying for the help, or the worker to come and give them ease in their lives.
5. What I have that no one else has are the regular joes that can do these jobs at a professional or semiprofessional level, without that cost. People working will in reality be doing one-time jobs, or part time and this will keep my costs as well as customer pricing low. I believe I have the will and skill to lead a company like this and no one has the motivation to do this.
Some issue I found are the employees and their pricing. While I need to drive prices down, I also want my workers to get paid. I will need to find the happy medium of my percentage and theirs. But the strongest part of the business will be that people will like that a regular person is doing their work for them and that they are getting cheap pricing while offering someone work
Above is my old napkin. I only have one edit and it should be incorporated into the summary above. I will be figuring out the split with my workers and myself. Since they are using my reputation and app for business I will use a 20/80 split. I will keep 20% of the money and they will have 80%. However, there needs to be a contingency. This split will be subject to change. This may sound unfair and ruthless to change my employees earnings, but it is necessary to do sometimes in a business.
Feedback Memo- The feedback I received was for how my pricing with employees would work, and compliments on my management abilities. I incorporated my pricing issue above by inserting it into my explanation of my weak part of the business.

17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2

I received a few critiques on my previous video. I was surprised that that I needed to tell the potential customers what I wanted, not just what they want. I also received critique on making a better hook. I incorporated both of these critiques into my second draft. These two critiques surprised me but were also the most useful.

18A – Create a Customer Avatar

This is my avatar. She is a new comer to the University of Florida and really cannot, or will not do much without help. She loves to watch the bachelor and is always studying or going out when she is not. She drives a white A3 or Jetta. She really just needs help accumulating to being away from home and cannot do everything herself and needs some additional help. The things I have in common with my avatar is this is how most of my friends who are girls are. I know how they act and the things they need. besides that I like them because they are my friends, but cannot seem to do anything without texting me or my other friends for help. This person would be perfect for my business.

16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

1. It seems weird talking about yourself. I feel uncomfortable trying to figure out my human capital. I think i am very headstrong. I am always leading from the front to get the job done. I am very passionate, I love getting the job done right the first time. I am very persistent, I will keep trying until I get the resources or goal I want. I think i can talk to a brick wall and love to just talk and talk. I love learning, knowing as much as i possibly can.

2.
AAron my best friend
I asked him about my knowledge. We talked about some positives, he said I know a little about a lot and can keep and am always able to have a conversation. On some negatives, he claimed that I always had to be right and i will always correct people.

https://soundcloud.com/jonny-94/aaron-interview

Stuart Berger My dad
In this interview we focused on my skills. It was very clear about the what my dad though of me. he said when i am assigned a responsibility or a job from someone else I go 110%. However he notices when he gives me a job or if I give my self a job i will just do it till its god enough.

https://soundcloud.com/jonny-94/dad-interview

Brooke best friend from home
I talked with Brooke about my emotions because she really knows me at my core. What i learned is that I am very passionate and am noticed in the room. She also told me that i am a hot head, and seem be irrational and very impatient at times.

https://soundcloud.com/jonny-94/brooke-interview

Halle Berger Older sister
I talked to Halle about my abilities. yet again she told me that I have the ability to get invested and passionate about something. However this came with with some downfalls. I seem to not like outside help, especially about things I am set in stone in my head.

Haley best friend since 3rd grade
I made up a topic to ask Haley. I asked her about my ability to talk to people and convince them to follow me. She said I am very good at seeing when people want to do things yet will not do it without some pushing. Yet again some negatives is that i can be mean in my pursuits, but she claims I do not realize I am being mean.

3. Sadly there seemed to be only one contrast between my list and my interviews. I seem to get angry and hot headed at my peers. This is something that I definitely need to fix. This is not a good quality to have. hopefully i can change this fire into something else.

15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

set of alternatives for a segment of freshmen at UF

I gave my three interviewees three sets of alternatives to pick from:
1. Uber or Lyft
2. UberEATS or Bite quad
3. handy man or asking a friend to help

I gave them these options and told them to pick one from each set and I questions them on their decisions. when I came to uber or lyft every single one chose uber. they said they know it the best and that is the only thing they had an account for. It was interesting because my friends and I all have both accounts. When I asked about set 2, I got one uber eats and two bite squad. This was all about price. UberEATS factors in distance to the price and the girl I asked was close to all her favorite restaurants and that is why. The bite squad students live far off campus and chose them because it is a set few and does not change with price. Finally, for 3, it was all about severity of the problem. They said if it was hanging a picture up or painting a wall or patching a hole, a friend is fine. But anything more serious than that, they all wanted professionals.
for sets 1 and 2 it is clear that they like using these services for convenience and not go to the locations and just order online. They all pay with debit or credit cards. For both the handy man and a friend they said they pay in cash. It is an upfront service and they usually just pay right there so to not cause any issues.
they said as long as the order is right, they got home safe and the job is done then they are happy with no regrets. However, they seem to regret using ubers or food delivery when it is a "weird and creepy" driver or they take too long to deliver food. They had no idea how much a handyman would cost so they had no response.
From what I learned all that matters here is price and convenience. they want it quick and now and seem to not really care for the price. It is always cheaper to drive, pick up food yourself, or watch a YouTube video and fix whatever it is. Convenience seems to drive all these alternatives.

13A – Reading Reflection No. 1

14A – Halfway Reflection

1) Tenaciousness is a competency. What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?

In reality the behaviors i have used for this course are working ahead and keeping in contact with friends. Much of the time if you start the work on Monday with most of the work due Friday it takes the weight off your shoulders as the due date approaches. Also i have many friends in the class. Whenever I am confused on a concept or need help with understanding an assignment i can always rely on my friends for guidance.

2) Tenaciousness is also about attitude. Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months? What experience or experiences most contributed to this?

I wanted to give up when i had to Interview five different people again for the third time. I felt as if i was going crazy trying to find more and more people to find. I think I developed a tenacious attitude because you need to keep pushing especially when it come to asking random people for interviews, even though most of them "have to get to class".

3) Three tips. What are three tips you would offer next semester's student about (1) fostering the skills that support tenacity and (2) developing the 'tenacious mindset' ?

The number one skill is do not be afraid to ask for help. Professors, TAs, and friends can always help you to keep pushing. To develop this mindset you need to just understand that while this class has many assignments, they will not be the must difficult, you just got to be creative! Finally, do not be taunted by an assignment, take it slow and figure it out, I promise it will come to you.

12A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 1

segment- The segment I am choosing are freshmen at universities.

Need awareness- I started out with asking them all what type of services they need done for them that they do not have time for or do not want to do. The first answer I got was laundry. I asked what does she do then when she needs she laundry done. I was told she asks a friend a to help her because she doesn’t have the time to do it all herself.  She always feels this need in between classes when she wants to change but has no clothes and no time to do laundry. This showed me that this type of need always comes from an incontinence and this is something that all my interviewees had. Inconvenience and being busy is always when their need showed up, less than they do not want to do it.

Search- When it came to searching they usually just asked a friend, someone else said they used yelp because it had a bunch of different options on it. Word of mouth and just simply asking someone to help them or asking a friend for a reference. The yelp person seemed to use a more thorough research method than anyone else by searching multiple places then finally choosing one.

findings- I found out that by automatically assuming my potential customers are lazy is bad. Much of the reason I could possibly get business is because they are not lazy but hard workers with less time for the little things.

conclusion- Essentially I find that I can spend less on advertising because word of mouth can be a powerful thing. it seems that many people just ask friends, roommates, etc. for help and or recommendations and this will be my branding to pass my business from person to person.

But the strongest part of the business will be that people will like that a regular person is doing their work for them and that they are getting cheap pricing while offering someone work.

10A elevator pitch

9A – Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2

who: I noticed through my interviews is a similarity between people and a market that my idea could not reach and both involve the ride share apps. during my interviews every single person said that they would not use my app for rides. Even though originally, I wanted to include this in the plethora of services I would offer I have decided to remove it. When I asked about if they would be interested in using the app for rides instead of help with moving and or groceries, they said " I would just uber". So, this made me realize that apps like uber and lyft are apps that have regular people giving a service to other normal folks is similar to my idea, however, they have the ride share locked up.

What: Since I interviews people who seemed to want my product but do not, I realized this. there is a difference in not being able to do something, and not having the time/ wanting to do it. For example, if someone would someone to cook a home meal for them it would differ from someone who does not know how to cook, and someone who just is in a rush but still wants that home taste and is in a rush.
*One interviewee told me that he would pay for the food I make, because he knows I am a very good chef, but if he really wanted to, he could do it himself*
Why:  The need is different because one can do something and the other cannot and that is why they would use my service.

inside
outside
who
People who cannot and who are just a bit lazy
People who can do it
what
Jobs that are simple but may require extra people or time
Jobs they can do themselves without having to pay extra for a service
why
Because they do not know how to do it themselves or they are too lazy to do it themselves
Because they know how to do it themselves and do not want to spend extra money

7A – Testing the Hypothesis, Part 1

1)
Some college students cannot do anything themselves. They were not raised to take care of themselves and they will continue to need assistance while in college, like grocery shopping, general shopping, and other things parents used to do for them.

write up: I saw this problem with some of the new freshman from my hometown. They were asking me what medicine to get from the store or what books to buy for a class, when these things are easily researchable or explicitly said in a syllabus.
 2)
WHO: college students
WHAT: they need people to do things for them
WHY: They were not raised to be independent

write up: this is just my part one but broken down, so same thing that I said above.
 3)
WHO test: in reality it is mostly college students, however there are other people who cannot do everything for themselves such as old people and busy adults.
WHAT test: All the people affected have the same what, they need people to do basic or even complex things for them.
WHY test: The why is interchangeable. There could be people who were raised independent but still need others to help them out time to time. Or the example of elderly people, who physically cannot get things done as efficiently or at all. The why essentially is for people that cannot do things for themselves whether it be how they were raised, to actually physical ability.

Write up: This made me ponder more about my idea. There is a lot more problems within my opportunity than I originally thought. It is also hard to put into words every single possible situation for the what.

Interviews: My friends’ roommate
I talked with my best friends’ roommate. She was obviously a college student and I gauged her on some basic needs. She actually gave me an example of a situation she was in. She had a handy man to come over and hang a picture. So clearly, she was someone who need things done because they were not raised to do simple things. She proved my hypothesis and enforced my opportunity.

My dad
I talked to him about when he was a college student and he told me that he did many things himself. My grandfather was an electrician and single father who taught my dad how to figure life and different situations. When he got thrown into the college life as first-generation student, he was overwhelmed but his life skills definitely destroyed my opportunity and hypothesis.

ROTC friend
My friend was actually a weird combination of both. When I asked him about needs like shopping and help with let’s say hanging a picture up, he denied my hypothesis. However, there was another abstract need. He wanted a good barber but said even reviews online didn't help him. My Idea in 8A will delve deeper into my business idea, however, even though my hypothesis was initially denied, I actually reinforced my hypothesis in the end.

Mom of a friend from home
This mom is very on top of a friend I have here, and she does everything for him. When I called her and asked her about this problem, she said she has it all the time. She is willingly doing things for him, but she cannot do the physical things all the time. this hypothesis and problem were perfectly reflected on her interview and I see an opportunity.

My friend in class
He is an older student and has been here for a couple years, so it was good to see what he thought. When I was asking him if he had any times during school that he needed basic things done but just didn’t have the knowledge, but he does now. He said one time brought his car to mechanic to get his washer fluid put in. I was baffled, this is the perfect person for my problem, he said that he had to go there and pay for the fluid change. Instead of going to the repair shop he could have easily used my entrepreneurship idea you will see in 8A. He provided another example of a reinforced hypothesis.

Overall my problem has developed, and I think my hypothesis was positive and there is 100% an opportunity.
